Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Whisk one cup of flour along with 1⁄2 tsp baking soda and set it aside
  2. Combine 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature with 1⁄2 tsp of salt, 1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
    and 2⁄3 cup brown sugar and beat it in a stand mixer (or using an electric beater)
  3. Add 1 room temperature egg and 2 tsp pure vanilla extract to the batter and beat well until combined
  4. Add the flour mixture and mix it until just combined, then add 1 1⁄2 cups old fashion oats and
    1 cup chocolate chips, then mix it gently
  5. Chill it in the refigerator for about an hour
  6. Preheat oven to 375F
  7. Roll the batter into small 2-3 tablespoon sized balls and bake it at 375F for 8-10 minutes
  8. Alow cookies to cool completely before eating

Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Blend rolled oats in a blender and set it aside
  2. In a bowl, mash 2 bananas, add 2 eggs, vinilla extract, Cinnamon, salt oatmeal flour
    and baking powder and beat well until well combined
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tsp coconut oil. Pour batter into the pan and
    cook for 1-2 min on each side or until golden brown
  4. Serve it with maple syrup and some fresh fruits
  5. Enjoy!
